Springer Capital Properties Construction Corp. specializes in the construction and rehabilitation
of multifamily and mixed-used properties. Founded in 1981, LWCC has grown from a company performing moderate rehabilitations to a
full service construction firm providing detailed planning, project management, and supervision on a range of challenging and
complicated projects. The firm has a long history of working on properties that are funded through state and city affordable housing
programs and maintains up-to-date expertise with the numerous requirements associated with these jobs.
LWCC has a staff of qualified and dedicated individuals with years of experience in the construction industry. At our job
sites, our supervisors are all OSHA-certified and have the appropriate licenses and certifications associated with each project. The
field staff is supported by project managers, assistant project managers, cost estimators and executive staff. Company principals are
involved in every project from the bidding stage through closeout. The entire team works with our clients to ensure organization,
coordination and responsiveness.
For over thirty years LWCC has focused on delivering a quality and lasting product and the highest level of satisfaction
to our clients. We take great pride in our work at every level of the company.
We work closely with our clients and wider project teams around the world to develop remedial solutions that achieve
regulatory compliance and are proportionate but robust for the particular site and project, often providing
value-add solutions for wider Springer Capital Properties or partnership projects.
