Andrew Rosenthal founded, Link People, a Shanghai based
property management and subleasing business, leasing, subleasing, and managing 1500 units.
The business was sold to Dothink, a publicly listed Hong Kong Chinese developer. During this
time, Andrew also leased and managed 2 office buildings and converted them into creative shared
office space.
Additionally, Andrew is a partner in Greentree Group, an asset management firm focusing on the
enbloc acquisition, leasing, and subsequent strata sale of retail shops.
In 2019, Andrew joined Greentree Asset Management as a partner. Greentree focuses on en-bloc
acquisition of retail shops on the ground level of large apartment buildings and then strata
sells the retail shops to retail buyers and provides leasing operations and management to the retail buyers.
Andrew also has experience in hotel asset management and operations. Andrew’s strengths include team building,
recruiting, process management and IT solutions for workflow processes.
Michael Sturmer is a principal with the Springer Capital Properties group of companies. He joined the company in 2003 and focuses on its planning, development, and construction activities. Michael has more than 25 years of experience in affordable housing and community development, starting in Chicago where he worked with community-based groups on the preservation of federally-assisted housing and the implementation of Chicago’s landmark landlord-tenant ordinance through resident education and training. In Washington, DC, he worked as a consultant on the development of HUD senior housing and repositioning the portfolios of large public housing authorities. Michael has worked at housing authorities in Savannah, Philadelphia, and Kansas City, Missouri focusing on operational turnaround efforts, redevelopment, and new development opportunities. As the Director of Planning and Development for the Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri under federal receivership, he supervised the redevelopment of two distressed housing sites through HUD’s Hope VI Mixed-Finance program and also administered a scattered site new construction program that greatly expanded the housing opportunities for low-income residents in the city through the acquisition and development of property in areas outside the urban core. Prior to joining Springer Capital Properties in NYC, Michael directed Section 8 policy and compliance issues at New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development as part of a team working to improve the agency’s administration of the voucher program. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern.
